Direction of use
Apply topically to any of the recommended exterior sensory points on the body to ease tensions.

For exercise: slather generally or on specific muscle groups before training, prior and post exercise for better performance and recovery.
Diffuser: Apply 2 to 5 drops in the diffuser 15 minutes before going to bed.
