An ensemble of herbs including Rosehip, Anise, Nettle and Liquorice in perfect harmony with the warmth of Clove and Cardamon to alleviate stress and support emotional health.

Preparation
1 teaspoon for 200ml of 100° Boiling water. Brewing time 3 to 5 minutes.
